SPJ Ethics are Live in Times Square!
It’s SPJ’s Ethics Week, and the organization is not only committed to help journalists explain how they ethically cover stories, but to share with the public information about what journalists do, how to identify ethical journalism, where to find it and how to support it. Head to Times Square and check out the their ad splashed across the Reuters building! It features the four tenets of SPJ’s Code of Ethics, and is meant to spark a conversation about how important truthful, compassionate, independent and transparent journalism is to society.
