Deadline Club Awards in 2009
Each year the Deadline Club Awards honor the best journalism by New York-based media outlets. Winners for 2009 were announced in May at our awards dinner, held at the historic Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. Bill Keller, the executive editor of the New York Times, delivered the keynote speech to an audience of 150 journalists.
